In Rawhide mock:
  # rpm --eval %power64
  ppc64 ppc64p7 ppc64le

So changing like this:
  -for PLAT in %{arm}            aarch64 x86_64 ppc64 s390 ...
  +for PLAT in %{arm} %{power64} aarch64 x86_64       s390 ...
