Description of problem:
When ever I am in Gnome, and have a terminal open, and Mozilla when I switch
between the two by clicking on the title bar to gain focus, it is like I am
clicking on the title bar and holding it to move it. The window becomes stuck to
my mouse. If I click again, it will drop. I do web devel, and I always have a
terminal with vi and mozilla open for testing.

1. Have Mozilla and Gnome Terminal open
2. Switch between then by clicking on title bars
3. Doesn't happen always, but frequent. (Doesn't happen in KDE)
