Booting Fedora Core (Test) with PCMCIA CD-Rom on Vaio Z600TEK, using driver

the same error message.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Fedora Core on Z600TEK (by CD-Rom and driver disk or ftp)
2. choose all packages
3. just press "install"

Actual Results: The screen turns blue, error message "abnormal installation"
occurs and system reboots.

Expected Results: normal installation

How much RAM is in your system?

Comment 2 Dominique Petersen 2003-09-29 16:51:48 UTC
My Vaio Z600TEK has 256MB RAM (upgraded). Instead of the original HDD there is
the Hitachi IC25N040ATCS05 installed, but this doesnt seems to be the problem.

Comment 3 Jeremy Katz 2003-10-16 18:40:08 UTC
Is test3 any better? Are there any messages about X dying on tty1 or oopsen on
tty4?

Comment 4 Jeremy Katz 2004-04-15 04:35:48 UTC
Closing due to inactivity. Please reopen if you continue to see
problems with the final FC1 release.

Comment 5 Dominique Petersen 2004-04-15 07:07:49 UTC
Yes, the offical release of FC1 works for me great and installs
without any problem. Thanks.
