when I try to build gnustep-base for EL-7 on koji, I will got the following error messages:

I was just glancing at old bugs.  This one is odd; texlive is not in EPEL7.  It also kind of looks like the problem is in texinfo, not in texlive at all.  All of that might explain why there was no response here.

In any case, there have certainly been successful builds of gnustep-base on EL7 in the past four years, so I'll close this.
