Succeeded on i686/x86_64, failed on armv7hl with several "Error VBNC90006: Invalid hexadecimal literal" in vbnc/vbnc/source/TypeDeclarations/AssemblyDeclaration.vb.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
