Koji Build: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=539679 fixed this issue.

Changed 'BuildRequires:junit4' to  'BuildRequires: junit' and 'BuildRequires: maven-surefire-provider-junit4' to 'BuildRequires: maven-surefire-provider-junit' fix this problem.
