Description of problem:
We ship disper 0.3.0 whereas disper upstream has 0.3.1.

Updated SPEC and SRPM:

Note that I had to patch upstream's Makefile.

I am interested in maintaining disper for all branches including epel6 and epel7.

I don't know how to add disper to epel repository...

Thank you Mario, I'm building the updated package right now so it worked.

I'll be opening the EPEL branches shortly as well.
