There is update for oxygen-fonts-devel for F21 (oxygen-fonts-devel.noarch 0:5.1.0-1.fc21), but I have this error :

I do a workaround, I remove the 0.4.2-1.fc21 release and install the 5.1.0-1.fc21, ans that work, but I think it's not a good solution.

oxygen-fonts-5.1.0-2.fc21 has been pushed to the Fedora 21 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
