Description of problem:

Gnome-system-monitor produces invaild cpu stats when certain
applications sit idle.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

gnome-system-monitor-2.5.2

How reproducible:

everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
Both Very easily

Steps to Reproduce CPU usage:
1. Play any ogg file
2. Wait till song finishes
3. Watch CPU useage spike in gnome-system-monitor or gnome-applets
system-monitor

  
Actual results:

gives false stats for CPU

Expected results:

Should report the correct stats for the cpu

this is a bug in rhythmbox not gnome-system-monitor. so description of
the problem should read

Rhythmbox uses 100% of the cpu even though it sits idle. Follow the
steps above to reproduce

Both are fixed in Current Release
