Description of problem:
Newer versions of libxml2 check xml:id, as there are dupes in the PUG it causes builds to fail

Work around:

sed -i -e 's/ xml:id="info-Publican-Users_Guide-Important"//g' Users_Guide/en-US/*.xml

The dupes need to be resolved.
