Description of problem:
SSIA.
Replacing /usr/man by %{_mandir} throughout the spec file should
do the trick.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
autofs-4.1.1-3

small changes to spec file to fix man page install

It also defines a buildroot in /var/tmp - I personally prefer spec files to use
what is defined in my .rpmmacros file, but I'm not sure what rh/fedora policy
is so I won't worry about that.
