Description of problem:
Numpy should be included in Blender 2.70 on Linux.

But on Fedora it is not.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Python console in Blender
2. import numpy

Actual results:
no error

Expected results:
fail

add dependency on https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/python3-numpy
