Description of problem:

From the leave menu, I save-session. Upon kde restart, the config is NOT restored. Should I report this to bugs.kde.org?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.bring up the "leave" dialogue
2.select save-sesion
3.right button "click" in desktop and select leave option to exit kde
4.restart system
5.restart kde
6.Konsole instances are not restored
7.xosview instances are not restored

This system is as up to date as I can make it and is still failing.
