Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to log in with gdm (-> automounter f�r nfs home partition)
2.

Actual Results:  posted message occurs. log in with gdm takes some
minutes for a timeout after typing in the password, but then goes on
properly.

you might want to try the update candidate kernel from
