Description of problem:
related to Bug#1239985, after upgrading fonttools to 2.5, it doesn't work anymore to decompile ttf to ttx.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ttx -a -i -e sazanami-gothic.ttf

Actual results:
OOM killer kills the process

Expected results:
should works as it worked before.

There seems leak or something around the code dealing with EBDT table. Comparing between 2.4 and 2.5 about the memory usage, 2.4 takes about 140MB to dump EBDT table. but on 2.5, it fails on even 2GB.

I just got information that on Koji server, buildvm and arm builder's have 4GB RAM whereas on Copr builder's have 5GB RAM.
