If the goal is to "just get it to work", what happens if you put another widget into the toplevel and set that one as the app_paintable one and connect to its "draw" instead of the toplevel Yeah, I use this workaroud how. I don't need a fix for it now. |
Created attachment 1053801 [details] tescase Just a simple example shows broken cairo rendering in gdk window. The cairo origin (0,0) is displaced in wayland but correct in X11.
