python-amqpclt seems to need Kombu 3 but does not work with Kombu 4. There's no build of python-amqpclt available for epel7 although a branch exists, right? We too would like to see this happen. Is anything blocking it? version 4 is a major release bump, and needs a careful re-sync over all requiring packages, otherwise we'll break existing users. So if we can avoid being distracted about 4.x aside and make progress on a 3.x upgrade, that would be great.
