backtrace of the sddm-greeter crash

I installed from the F23 KDE i686 live image, then updated to latest stable F23 packages, removed knode, and did dnf system-upgrade to F24 with updates-testing enabled.

Upgrade ran successfully and the upgraded system boots, but sddm displays only this:

and abrt records an sddm-greeter crash. Attaching the backtrace for the crash.
