cinnamon-settings from 3.0.5 should work, it does here (phone plays mp3 over bluetooth to my pc speakers).

Comment 5 Stuart D Gathman 2016-06-06 23:26:09 UTC
Mostly works now, but when I insert the USB bluetooth dongle, the applet will not turn power on. I have to use bluetoothctl and issue the "power on" command. Should that be another BZ?

Comment 7 Stuart D Gathman 2016-06-18 22:02:26 UTC
Updated to cinnamon-3.0.5-2 and nemo-3.0.5-2, rebooted. Still requires me to issue "power on" in bluetoothctl before the applet will do anything. "Turn bluetooth on" and "Enable bluetooth" from the applet do nothing.

Since the original bug is fixed (once bluetooth is turned on via bluetoothctl, bluetooth devices do show up in the applet), should I open up a new bug?
