doxygen-1.8.12-1.fc25 has an undeclared runtime dependency on perl. This is causing other packages to fail to build from source if that have a build dependency on doxygen but not perl--even if they have no other need for perl--since perl is no longer included in the default buildroot. 

An example of a package which currently fails to build because of this omission is v4l-utils, which affects Base Runtime, Rawhide, and F25.

This problem can be easily fixed by adding a Requires for perl to the doxygen package spec.

Please apply the patch or respond with a reason it should not be applied within two weeks. After that time, a provenpackager will go ahead and apply it.

it's fixed in doxygen-1.8.12-5.fc25. I will push it into f25 update today. Please  give karma. Thanks

Thank you for the fix. I have confirmed the fix has the desired effect of pulling in perl when building the v4l-utils package. I'll give karma when the f25 update appears.
