I tried two non-koji ppc64le machines and not reproduced.  I'll have a look
once more and I can possibly disable that test for ppc64le for now.

The test is (probably) 'test-lock'.

There are two instances of 'test-lock' in gettext sources, one was already
disabled (as I learned now) so I (temporarily) disabled also the other one.

Let's keep this bug open until that get's sorted out.
