update the packaging to 1.3.2
There is a small problem with native package source tarball - content differs from the upstream version. Nothing serious though, it looks like there is repacked version after autoreconf (with slightly increased modify timestamp). I'll upload and update the sources file using the upstream version directly. mingw-flac-1.3.2-1.el7 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 7. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2017-770d2afc7d mingw-flac-1.3.2-1.fc25 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 25. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-f0d976df9e Weird, the file that I uploaded was from upstream! I suppose that it could have been changed on the server - I got it from: http://downloads.xiph.org/releases/flac/flac-1.3.2.tar.xz I suspect that the change was to fix a broken test (there was a stale test file in the test suite, and you can see the patch in the native packaging). mingw-flac-1.3.2-1.el7 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 7 testing repository.
