I think the difference is not OnlyShowIn, but that the default condition changed. kgpg used to not autostart by default, and now it does. I'll investigate further as time allows. hrm, nevermind, here it is: -echo 'OnlyShowIn=KDE;' \ - >> %{buildroot}%{_sysconfdir}/xdg/autostart/kgpg.desktop && indeed. kgpg-16.12.2-2.fc25 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 25. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-7cbfead262 OnlyShowIn was added to the desktop menu entry, not the autostart entry. Heh, silly me, not my day, thanks. kgpg-16.12.2-3.fc25 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 25. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-7cbfead262 Note this is also an upstream KDE bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=373891. (I don't have access to add it to the See Also field.) (And a "me too" from me, since I bounce between three different desktop environments. Thanks for looking at this!) kgpg-16.12.2-3.fc25 has been pushed to the Fedora 25 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-7cbfead262 kgpg-16.12.2-3.fc24 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 24. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-df12b1ea30 kgpg-16.12.2-3.fc25 has been pushed to the Fedora 25 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. kgpg-16.12.2-3.fc24 has been pushed to the Fedora 24 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2017-df12b1ea30 How about fixing the ridiculous CPU hogging that kgpg does after boot, it's ridiculous. It chews 100% on 4 cores for 3 minutes every time i boot up, and this is on i7-6700k so not an underpowered cpu. rpm -q kgpg kgpg-16.12.2-1.fc25.x86_64 I'm not aware of any "rediculous CPU hogging", please file a separate bug for this separate issue (ideally upstream @ bugs.kde.org). thanks kgpg-16.12.2-3.fc24 has been pushed to the Fedora 24 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. |
