We currently carry this in the ostree package which I'd like to delete: http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/ostree.git/tree/91-ostree.preset?id=d8b864b502c5853efda6e8f7d1b0ebff84b581a3 ostree-remount.service is an implementation detail of OS booting that admins should never need to touch; like lvm2-monitor services for example. Looks good to me.
