Ah, actually, we proposed removing the media part of the criterion back in 2015, we just never did it: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/test@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/XDRUNGFVA36IP6IMBHYWFTQYZYDXKSZW/ I will go ahead and implement that, but I think this must still be a blocker, because some media still *do* include the release notes, and we don't want them to have entirely the wrong release notes. If we were to stop shipping the release notes on any media, conceivably bugs like this could be 0Day blockers instead in future. +1 blocker +1 blocker +1 blocker. It looks like fedora-release-notes are in the 'standard' group, so that might be whats pulling it in...
