Description of problem:

installing the package pamu2fcfg does not install all necessary dependent packages. "json-c" is actually required

Steps to Reproduce: (with u2f device attached)
1. Install rpm pamu2fcfg
2. $ pamu2fcfg -umichael >u2f_keys
   pamu2fcfg: json_object.c:159: json_object_put: Assertion `jso->_ref_count > 
0' failed.
   Aborted (core dumped)
   
3. Install rpm json-c
4. $ pamu2fcfg -umichael >u2f_keys
   $


Actual results:
$ pamu2fcfg -umichael >u2f_keys
   pamu2fcfg: json_object.c:159: json_object_put: Assertion `jso->_ref_count > 
   Aborted (core dumped)

Expected results:
   No core dump
