Description of problem:

PackageKit uses unlimited disk space

PackageKit-1.1.7-1.fc27.x86_64


How reproducible:

Fresh Fedora install
Use dnf update during Fedora lifetime
Packagekit will fill /var/cache/PackageKit until disk full and system useless

Expected results:

Packagekit should not exceed a certain threshold of disk space
MOreover it should be very very easy to remove or at least to disbale packagekit, as some users do not use packaekit.
