Packager's comments:
Upstream has added a LICENSE file since the packaged release, so I'll include that as %license with the update to the next release - when it will be tagged eventually.

Comment 1 Robert-André Mauchin 🐧 2018-01-22 00:34:24 UTC
 - Headers for the source files seems to indicate it is licensed under LGPLv3:

LGPL (v3)
---------
agenda-1.0.9/src/Agenda.vala
agenda-1.0.9/src/AgendaWindow.vala

    Copyright (C) 2014-2017 Agenda Developers

This program is free software: you can redistribute it and/or modify it
under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3, as
published by the Free Software Foundation.

Ask for clarification upstream, specifically to fix the headers if they have indeed switched to GPLv3.
