Bug 1547354

Description of problem:
subscription-manager is missing a dependency on "python-kitchen" on f27. This prevents Satellite from properly provisioning and managing an f27 machine.

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install f27

2. Install subscription-manager
# dnf -y install subscription-manager

3. Run subscription-manager
