Please fix ostree at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
ostree will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
ostree will be retired, if it still fails to build.

This should be fixed by https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libglnx/merge_requests/2 and https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/pull/1680. We're likely to do a new release soon, which will fix this in rawhide: https://github.com/ostreedev/ostree/pull/1683.
