poppler failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide

Please fix poppler at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
poppler will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 30,
poppler will be retired, if it still fails to build.

Thank you for this report and for the directing me toward python.

I've changed "/usr/bin/env python" to "/usr/bin/python3" in make-glib-api-docs explicitly (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FinalizingFedoraSwitchtoPython3#Transition_Steps).
