Description of problem:

systemd-tmpfiles[1631]: Failed to open '/etc/tmpfiles.d/nut-run.conf', ignoring: No such file or directory

nut-client-2.7.2-4.el7.x86_64

Looks like this has been fixed in the Fedora package.  Can we have an EPEL7 update please?
