Description Alexander Ploumistos 2018-09-01 21:40:54 UTC
Hello,

For the past few weeks I've been unable to get cantor updated because LabPlot depends on the old .so:

Problem 1: package LabPlot-2.4.0-8.fc28.x86_64 requires libcantorlibs.so.17()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both cantor-libs-18.04.3-1.fc28.x86_64 and cantor-libs-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install both cantor-libs-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64 and cantor-libs-18.04.3-1.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package cantor-libs-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package LabPlot-2.4.0-8.fc28.x86_64
Problem 2: problem with installed package LabPlot-2.4.0-8.fc28.x86_64
  - package LabPlot-2.4.0-8.fc28.x86_64 requires libcantorlibs.so.17()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package cantor-libs-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64 requires cantor = 17.12.3-1.fc28, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both cantor-18.04.3-1.fc28.x86_64 and cantor-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install both cantor-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64 and cantor-18.04.3-1.fc28.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package cantor-17.12.3-1.fc28.x86_64

yeah, looks like Labplot was missed in the kde edu update
