what gives `dnf list installed libnma` ? (In reply to Thomas Haller from comment #1) Installed Packages libnma.x86_64 1.8.10-2.fc28.2 @fspin-release-2018-09-23-1537746069 I think this is fixed by commit: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/NetworkManager-openvpn/commit/a41d93ee654cb77ba117c648006abce5654a053c I'll prepare an updated package. NetworkManager-openvpn-1.8.8-1.fc29 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 29. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-30ae2eece8 NetworkManager-openvpn-1.8.8-1.fc28 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 28. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-5c8d6b8c86 The regression was introduced after NetworkManager-openvpn-1.8.4-1.fc28. Indeed, it is still possible to use an existing OpenVPN connection with NetworkManager-openvpn-1.8.6-1.fc28 which has been created with an earlier version. NetworkManager-openvpn-1.8.8-1.fc29 has been pushed to the Fedora 29 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
