There is no upstream release which includes that automation. commit's http://git.infradead.org/users/dwmw2/openconnect.git/commit/1ff34cb9689fbaf57decac537df1e32e799bb9c7 http://git.infradead.org/users/dwmw2/openconnect.git/commit/e9647a08bb4613227fd371752910cb32e54f8870 are in the upstream git they just need adding to the RPM source patch list. openconnect-8.01-1.fc29 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 29. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-267b29539a openconnect-8.01-1.fc29 has been pushed to the Fedora 29 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2019-267b29539a openconnect-8.01-1.fc29 is working fine for me from the fedora testing updates repo. as such am going to close this. openconnect-8.01-1.fc29 has been pushed to the Fedora 29 stable repository.
