Description of problem:

dosbox.conf 's autolock=true is broken

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dosbox 0.74 all versions
dosbox 0.74-2 all versions


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch dosbox in windowed mode with autolock=true
2. Launch a DOS application which uses the mouse

Actual results:
Mouse does not work


Expected results:
Mouse is captured within dosbox window and works
