Screencap of the empty menus

After an upgrade from Fedora 29 to Fedora 30, all text disappeared
from the menus. Please see attached screencap.

[zaitcev@hermeneutic-one ~]$ rpm -qa | grep -i cura | sort
CuraEngine-lulzbot-3.6.3-1.fc30.x86_64
cura-lulzbot-3.6.3-2.fc30.noarch
[zaitcev@hermeneutic-one ~]$

(They asked me to test 3.6.8 in bug 1709405, will do soon)
