Shows the window as popped up, before I mouse around in it.

Description of problem:
Fields in the popup are not displayed until you mouse over them (and possibly not even then, since I don't know what I'm not being shown).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xfce4-settings-4.13.6-1.fc30.x86_64

Use XFCE4, select "Display" from "Settings" menu
