patches required to build lightdm-gtk 1.8.5 for EPEL8

A couple of patches needed to build for EPEL 8 lightdm-gtk 1.8.5 src.rpm from EPEL7

I'd like to see that package in EPEL8, too. I can maintain it for EPEL8 if you don't want to struggle with that.
