BTW, have you already tested new SeaMonkey-2.53.1 in epel7? Yes, tested SeaMonkey-2.53.1 in epel7 (RHEL 7) FEDORA-EPEL-2020-722463ecb6 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 8. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2020-722463ecb6 seamonkey-2.53.1-3.el8 has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 8 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2020-722463ecb6 Thomas, could you please test the latest build 2.53.1-3 -- both epel8 and epel7 (if possible) and provide a karma in bodhi? RHEL 7 yum install works fine. No problems. RHEL and CentOS 8.1 dnf asks for dependency "system-bookmarks" thanks. (In reply to Thomas Stephen Lee from comment #6) > RHEL and CentOS 8.1 dnf asks for dependency > > "system-bookmarks" It is an issue. Could you please discover what package provides the needed file? Either > rpm -qf /usr/share/bookmarks/default-bookmarks.html or > repoquery -a --whatprovides /usr/share/bookmarks/default-bookmarks.html (if the file is not present in the system) FEDORA-EPEL-2020-3041108f43 has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 8. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2020-3041108f43 (In reply to Dmitry Butskoy from comment #7) > > "system-bookmarks" > > It is an issue. > > Could you please discover what package provides the needed file? > Either > > rpm -qf /usr/share/bookmarks/default-bookmarks.html > or > > repoquery -a --whatprovides /usr/share/bookmarks/default-bookmarks.html > (if the file is not present in the system) No more needed -- I just drop obsoleted system-bookmarks (SM uses its own default bookmarks now).
