Description of problem:

Once installing the passenger package, "passenger-config" or anything else is broken.

passenger-6.0.4-2.el8.x86_64 


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install passenger
2. passenger-config --root

Actual results:

Traceback (most recent call last):
	2: from /usr/bin/passenger-config:33:in `<main>'
	1: from /usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:59:in `require'
/usr/share/rubygems/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb:59:in `require': cannot load such file -- phusion_passenger (LoadError)


Expected results:

/usr/share/passenger//phusion_passenger/locations.ini

As workaround you can change in the files /usr/bin/passenger and /usr/bin/passenger-config the line with the content

require 'phusion_passenger'

to

require '/usr/share/passenger/phusion_passenger'


I am looking if the files passenger, passenger-config, ... should changed or the configuration of the destination.
