This stems from renaming `ReparseException` to `_ReparseException` between version 0.9999... and 1.0(?) of python-html5lib. I'll add a patch to address this. I did not try to downgrade bleach to an older version. Also: looking at the change page for bleach it seems 3.1.1 is a security release, so if we somehow manage to get a newer html5lib (maybe a compat package for html5lib1?) we may want to consider updating bleach to 3.1.1
