Description of problem:
sundials mpi devel fail to install

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf install {sundials,petsc}-{mpich,openmpi}-devel

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem 1: package sundials-openmpi-devel-4.1.0-6.el8.x86_64 requires libsundials_fnvecparallel.so.4()(64bit)(openmpi-x86_64), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package sundials-openmpi-devel-4.1.0-6.el8.x86_64 requires libsundials_nvecparallel.so.4()(64bit)(openmpi-x86_64), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package sundials-openmpi-devel-4.1.0-6.el8.x86_64 requires libsundials_nvecparhyp.so.4()(64bit)(openmpi-x86_64), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package sundials-openmpi-devel-4.1.0-6.el8.x86_64 requires libsundials_nvecpetsc.so.4()(64bit)(openmpi-x86_64), but none of the providers can be installed
