Description of problem:
There are almost 250 failed tests in wabt testsuite when running on s390x (and, until recently, on ppc64).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.0.17-1.fc33

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Comment out ExcludeArch: ppc64 s390x
2. Build on s390x

Actual results:
~250 test failures

Expected results:
Testsuite passes.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.

Fixed in rawhide. Will be fixed in stable branches with the next upstream release.
