Please fix dcm2niix at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
dcm2niix will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34,
dcm2niix will be retired, if it still fails to build.

%cmake macro now adds "-B x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu"
So the build directory is build/x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu

I submitted a PR in order to use %cmake_build and %cmake_install instead of pushd %make_build popd and so on

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.
