the latest version of pynwb (1.4.0) requires hdmf 2.1.0, so we can't update to 2.2.0 just yet.

We've updated to the new version in rawhide but we'll not push this to stable releases yet because dependent packages have not been updated (pynwb, for example).

Once a version of pynwb that works with the new releases is available, we'll push an update with both *together* so that the dep chain is correctly maintained.
