ld runs out of memory when trying to link mame:

/usr/bin/ld: final link failed: memory exhausted
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

Mitigations such as -g1, -Wl,--no-keep-memory and -Wl,--reduce-memory-overheads are already in place. LTO is disabled as well.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 34 development cycle.
Changing version to 34.
