Description of problem:
python3-pytest-cov-2.11.1-1.fc32.noarch has missing dependency on python3.8dist(coverage) >= 5.2.1

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. be on fedora 32
2. dnf update


Actual results:
 Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-pytest-cov-2.10.1-1.fc32.noarch
  - nothing provides python3.8dist(coverage) >= 5.2.1 needed by python3-pytest-cov-2.11.1-1.fc32.noarch

Expected results:
update should be installed
