Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build and run %check on s390x

Actual results:
Error 34 (no InChI; Cannot interpret atom block line: ...
for most lines.

Expected results:
No difference from reference results.

Additional info:
This is happening on s390x only, so I suspect endianess issues.
