Swig was updated to support PHP 8, but it does not solve the build issue. If you don't have time to maintain this package, consider orphaning it, so maintainers of dependent packages realize the problem. Reported upstream. I don't have enough expertise to port the code to PHP8. *** Bug 1943077 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** This package has been orphaned.
